"I like the new check-in computers at the front desk, and especially like the ability to select a stylist and see the status on the screen. That being said, the system needs a little work to be really great. The system told me my stylist would be available in 50 minutes. So I left for 25 minutes and came back, only to find she had been waiting on me. I never received a text message saying I was on deck. Also, the store should post the stylist's schedules on your Facebook page like they used to do. "
